Adjust stylings to display input fields underneath each other

For design purposes and better usability, it's better to have input fields as block elements so that they are displayed underneath each other.

Since we are creating modules for all kind of forms, it's okay for input fields to go full width. They will be restricted by the size of the modul later on.
