Refine landing-Page

There are some changes for the landing page:

• you should have to enter the mail address twice at registration
• add title or logo
• make login-page, especially register- and forgot-pw button, look more recognizable

created branch 186-refine-landing-page to address this issue

changed the description

added WIP label and removed ToDo label
